Job Title: Payroll Specialist - TPC

Industry: Energy/Mining

Work Location: Gurgaon, Haryana.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting


Experience Required: 8 - 14 Years


We are looking for Payroll related services for the execution of National Payroll and associated services. We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll specialist service. The Payroll Specialist will be responsible for accurately processing payroll for our employees in India, ensuring compliance with local regulations and company policies. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of payroll processes, excellent numerical skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.


KPI’s:

  • Monthly Payroll Input: 15th of every month
  • Monthly Payroll Closure: 30th of every month
  • TDS Preparation: 3rd of every month
  • Statutory Filling: 15th of every month


Responsibilities:

Payroll Processing: Coordinate and execute the end-to-end payroll process for national employees and expats, including salary calculations, deductions, allowances, bonuses, and statutory compliance.


Statutory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all applicable labour laws, tax regulations, and statutory requirements related to payroll, including PF (Provident Fund), ESI, PT (Professional Tax), TDS (Tax Deducted at Source), and other statutory deductions.


Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee payroll data, including employee information, attendance records, leave balances, and other relevant details in the payroll system.


Salary Disbursement: Coordinate the timely disbursement of salaries and reimbursements to employees through the designated payment channels, ensuring accuracy and adherence to payment schedules.


Employee Inquiries: Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries related to payroll, tax deductions, salary statements, and other payroll-related matters. Provide timely and accurate responses to employee queries and concerns.


Criteria for Resource:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting.
  • 8+ years of experience in payroll processing, preferably in a multinational or large-scale organization.
  • Strong understanding of Indian payroll laws, tax regulations, and statutory compliance requirements.
  • Proficiency in SAP payroll software and MS Office applications and Excel.
  • Excellent numerical aptitude and attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
