Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic development team. As a Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for developing user interface components and implementing cutting-edge front end and backend applications. You will collaborate with Engineering and product manager to create intuitive, responsive, and performant application

Key responsibilities include:

• Develop high-quality, reusable and scalable applications using Vue.js, ReactJS, Node.js, Java, Django and Postgres.
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and Engineering manager to implement features and enhancements.
• Participate in code reviews, ensuring adherence to coding standards, best practices, and performance optimization techniques.
• Optimize application components for maximum speed and scalability.
• Conduct thorough testing and debugging of user interface components to ensure functionality and performance.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in FSD development.
• Work in an Agile development environment, actively participating in sprint planning, stand-up meetings, and retrospectives.
• Continuously improve development processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance team productivity and efficiency.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, assisting in their professional growth

Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• 3-6 years of proven experience as a FSD Developer or similar role, with a strong portfolio of successful Vue.js,Django and Postgres projects.
• In-depth knowledge of Vue.js,Django and Postgres and its core principles.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and related web technologies.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integrating front-end applications with backend services.
• Experience with state management libraries like Redux and modern front-end build tools like Webpack or Babel.
• Strong understanding of responsive web design principles and cross-browser compatibility.
• Solid understanding of software development practices, including version control and Agile methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Continuous learning mindset and a passion for staying updated on the latest web development trends and technologies.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with TypeScript and statically typed languages.
• Knowledge of UI/UX design principles and the ability to collaborate with designers.
• Familiarity with server-side rendering (SSR)
• Familiarity with Git and Deployment techniques.
