Job Description: Manager/Sr. Manager – HR


Title: Manager/Sr. Manager – HR

Location: Bangalore

Reports to: President


Purpose of the position/role:

The roles requires leading and giving shape and structure to the critical function of HR and help build a high performing organization with highly engaged team. As a growing and people driven organization, HR plays a key role in Kestone’s success. It is a critical function and has a high impact on the business. The role demands partnering with different business functions and coach, counsel and guide people leaders on various people issues across levels.


Key responsibilities:

  • Working closely with business/people leaders, and the employees, and partnering with them to understand the people challenges and addressing them in a right manner that helps to create a high performing team and culture and creating a highly engaging environment
  • Creating delightful employee experience and creating an engaged team through every HR initiative and intervention including employee induction, learning & skill/competence development, rewards and recognition, and performance management to name a few
  • Manage the hiring needs and create an effective hiring strategy
  • Policy development and implementation
  • Drive employee and internal communication
  • Managing and reviewing day-to-day HR operations
  • Managing and grooming HR team


Skills, Experience and who you are:

You have 7-10 years of experience in HR in leading 100+ employee workforce across different location. International exposure will be an added advantage. You are expected to have intensive experience and knowledge of:

  • HR Strategy & HR Business Partnering -- running organization-wide people initiatives
  • Ability to build relationships with people across levels and geographies
  • Recruitment
  • Talent management
  • Compensation & Benefits
  • Leadership development, coaching and learning & development
  • HR Operations
  • Managing and grooming team
