1. Job Purpose

As the Manager - Talent Acquisition, the primary responsibility is to attract, recruit, and hire top talent for Jio World Centre. S/he will play a crucial role in identifying, assessing and selecting candidates who possess the necessary skills, experience and is a cultural fit to excel in the hospitality industry. This position requires a deep understanding of the unique demands and challenges of talent acquisition in the hospitality industry and the ability to build strong relationships with the internal and external stakeholders.

2. Key Objectives

·        Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with the company’s goals and objectives

·        Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor practices and emerging recruitment strategies

·        Identify the most effective sourcing channels, recruitment methods and assessment tools to attract a diverse pool of high-quality candidates

·        Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing and selection

·        Engage in compensation discussions with candidates, providing information and guidance on the organization’s compensation structure, policies and practices

·        Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to understand their staffing needs and identify key competencies for the particular profile

·        Implement best practices for candidate sourcing, such as leveraging online job boards, professional networks and referrals

·        Proactively source and build a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future roles

·        Cultivate relationships with external recruitment agencies, colleges and hospitality associations to tap into talent pools and expand the organization’s network

·        Ensure thorough evaluations of candidate’s skills, qualifications and cultural fit with Jio World Centre

·        Establish key recruitment metrics and regularly track and analyse data to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies

·        Prepare reports and present findings to senior management, identifying areas of improvement and recommending solutions

·        Utilize data-driven insights to optimize recruitment processes, reduce time-to-fill, and enhance the quality of hires

·        Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new hires

·        Facilitate their integration into the organization by providing necessary support, resources and information

·        Liaise with healthcare professionals or external clinics to schedule pre-employment medical check-ups for candidates and facilitate the necessary medical evaluations

·        Coordinate with the central onboarding team to ensure that all necessary joining formalities are in place for new hires

3. Skills & Competencies

·        In-depth knowledge of talent acquisition strategies, best practices and tends in hospitality industry

·        Strong understanding of job profiles as per the organization requirements

·        Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with hiring managers and candidates

·        Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple recruitment projects simultaneously and meet deadlines

·        Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data and metrics to drive decision making and process improvements

·        Strong negotiation skills to be able to adapt strategies to accommodate diverse candidate backgrounds, preferences and expectations

·        Result-oriented mindset, with a track record of meeting recruitment targets and delivering high-quality hires

·        Knowledge of applicable employment laws and regulations

·        Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment

4. Qualifications

·        Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field

·        A Master’s degree is desirable

5. Experience

·        6-8 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist

. Experience in Luxury Hospitality industry is preferred

. Candidates based in Mumbai are preffered
