A. Job Purpose

To take lead responsibility for marketing, and communications at Nita Mukesh Ambani Cultural Centre (NMACC) - India’s only multidisciplinary centre in the heart of Mumbai, to increase audiences, hit targets and promote the centre to its fullest

·        To provide detailed analysis and insight on campaigns to help inform future strategy

·        To increase diversity of audiences by embracing digital innovations in line with the artistic vision, with the assistance of brand and marketing teams

·        To conduct regular and ongoing audience research to be shared across the organization to inform decision making

·        Through the excellence in their delivery, strengthen relationships with the production houses and artists and become their preferred centre in India for performances

 

B. Job Accountabilities

·        Planning and budgeting

a.      Liaise with core marketing and Performing Arts teams to develop marketing and communications plans for all Cultural Centre(NMACC) programming

b.     Detailed budgeting and planning to optimise brand and deliver commercial objectives.

c.      Single point of contact for all communication platform requirements

d.     Managing timelines and deliverables with multiple internal and external stakeholders

e.      Evaluating and identifying audience profiles and behavioral characteristics unique to each programme

f.       Applying this audience knowledge to devise program-specific marketing mix and execution plans

·        Execution

a)     Work closely with the programming digital managers to ensure all creative assets required to market the show are received on time and are of high quality

b)    Ensure that the digital, social teams & external ticketing platforms to deliver accurate and high-quality listings, as well as promotion plan using the creative assets

c)     Manage, track, and deliver multiple concurrent projects as per pre-defined delivery schedules

d)    Liaise with internal stake holders including programming, technical, house management, ticketing staff and, artistic creators, artistic managers, education and training professionals, agencies

e)     Work closely with the social media team for in-depth briefings, creative ideation and pre, during, and post show coverage of shows and artistic content

f)       Exceptional quality control in keeping with the brand positioning and management expectation

g)    Responsible for revenues generated through ticket sales across platforms

 

·      Monitoring, evaluation, and reporting

a)     Monitoring of box office performance of each project. Evaluating state of play and trends, and taking on-spot corrective action where possible

b)    Management of all marketing and communication related expenditure, resources, and assets

c)     Evaluation of campaign effectiveness and implement appropriate adaptive response

d)    Show reports, project reports, response analysis and other relevant feedback on a timely basis

e)     Any other duties as may be reasonably requested by the Management team.

 

·        Stakeholder

f)       You will be required to interact with external entities – Collaborating partnerships, artists and producers, media entities, sponsors and donors, and local, national arts organizations, fabricators, and suppliers
