PURPOSE OF THE ROLE :
Responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, servicing existing client relationships and driving the Jio World Centre's revenue growth and meeting the targeted budgets.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE ROLE:
Planning & Sales
- Identify potential sales leads
- Create customized pitches and commercial proposals
- Close business deals
- Conduct research and networking to generate leads and build relationships
- Assist in planning and budgeting activities to meet financial goals
- Maintain a list of potential partners
Execution
- Execute the company’s sales strategy
- Service existing client contracts on a day-to-day basis
- Manage contractual obligations and sponsor benefits
- Support the creation of marketing materials for sponsorships
- Ensure brand consistency and quality control
- Uphold the business reputation in sponsorship relationships
Monitoring, Evaluation, and Reporting
- Monitor sponsorship and partnership commitments
- Manage related expenditure, resources, and assets
- Contribute to the evaluation of effectiveness and recommend adjustments
- Assist in reporting on activity and show-related settlements
- Meet targets and budgets
- Support the presentation of project reports and partner effectiveness feedback
Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with internal teams such as Marketing, Programming, Finance, etc.
- Coordinate with Legal, Contracting, and Finance teams for compliance.
- Collaborate with external entities, including artists, media entities, sponsors, and local/national arts organizations.
- Provide statistics and information as directed by senior leadership.

- Acquiring new sponsors/partnerships
OPERATING NETWORK
Key interactions which are essential to execute the role. This will include both internal and external stakeholders
Internal : Business Development Team, Business Operations Team, FC&A, P&C, Legal
External : Customer, Suppliers and vendors
KNOWLEDGE AND COMPETENCIES
Education Qualifications: A Bachelor's degree / Post graduate (Business) would be an added advantage
Experience : 8 - 10 years of relevant work experience
