The lead engineer will ensure that systems are reliable, scalable, and maintainable to support our diverse real estate operations and initiatives.

Qualifications and Skills

• Technical leadership experience in guiding engineering teams through complex challenges and ensuring alignment with organizational objectives (Mandatory skill).
• Proven expertise in team collaboration to foster open communication and collective problem-solving capabilities (Mandatory skill).
• Advanced problem-solving skills to troubleshoot complex engineering issues efficiently and effectively (Mandatory skill).
• Candidates from Hospitality Industry preffered.
• In-depth knowledge and experience in software architecture design principles to create scalable and maintainable systems.

• Review and determine the reliability requirements of engineering designs, supporting the team in meeting these benchmarks.
• Proactively identify potential risks in systems and processes, implementing solutions to mitigate identified risks.
• Oversee regular maintenance schedules and perform reliability checks to prevent downtime and service disruptions.
• Prepare and present detailed reports to management on reliability engineering processes and outcomes.
• Continuously explore and integrate new reliability engineering technologies and methodologies to stay ahead in the market.
