Job Purpose

As an F&B Associate, you will be the face of hospitality at India’s premier convention destination. You will provide world-class dining and banquet services to high-profile delegates, international guests, and corporate leaders, ensuring every interaction reflects the excellence and cultural spirit of the Jio World Centre.

Key Responsibilities

• Service Excellence: Deliver professional, efficient, and courteous food and beverage service in various settings in large-scale banquets.
• Operational Setup: Prepare and set up dining areas, banquet halls, and buffet stations according to established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Quality Control: Monitor the presentation and temperature of all food and beverage items before they reach the guest to ensure they meet the Centre’s luxury standards.
• Cleanliness & Hygiene: Maintain strict adherence to FSSAI standards and internal health and safety protocols for all service areas and equipment.
• Collaboration: Work seamlessly with the culinary and stewarding teams to ensure efficient turnaround of service areas.
• Feedback Management: Proactively handle guest queries and feedback, escalating complex issues to the supervisor to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Education: Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management or a related hospitality field is highly preferred.
• Experience: 0–3 years of experience in a 5-star hotel or high-end convention facility. Freshers with exceptional communication skills and a passion for service are welcome.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in F&B service etiquette and table setting protocols.
• Basic knowledge of wines, spirits, and coffee preparation.
• Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems.
• Soft Skills:
• Good verbal communication.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a well-groomed professional appearance.
• Ability to remain calm and efficient under pressure during high-capacity events.
