This centre has been developed with an international design vocabulary, while honouring the culture and spirit of India.


Purpose of The Role

This role is responsible for seamless delivery of travel, logistics and other related services to ensure exceptional guest experiences. This position requires to collaborate with various internal departments and external vendors to optimize operations, enhance cost-effectiveness and deliver as per operational standards.


Job Accountabilities

Client Servicing

  • Meet with Clients / Guest to understand travel needs, preferences, as per the budget
  • Provide recommendation on destinations, transportation options and accommodation choices
  • Assist with necessary information and assistance upon arrival
  • Ensure service delivery as per operational and brand standards


Travel Planning and Booking

  • Conduct detailed research and book flights, hotels, and ground transportation
  • Create customized itineraries and manage all aspects of travel experience from beginning to end
  • Secure rental transportation and other necessary services with Airport services, Tour guides etc.

 

Guest Services

  • Deliver excellent customer service, acting as the first point of contact for guests
  • Manage check-ins, reservations, with amenities and guest requests to ensure comfort and satisfaction
  • Handle inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.


Administrative and Financial Tasks

  • Process payments, manage invoicing, and manage financial records including PR/PO requests
  • Maintain accurate client/guest records and precise booking information
  • Ensure cost efficiencies and achieve project budget savings.


Industry Knowledge

  • Stay up to date on travel trends, visa requirements, and destination information
  • Maintain awareness of local customs, regulations, and safety guidelines.

 

 

Logistics & Coordination

  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers, domestic and international, to secure optimal arrangements
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Resolve planning clashes and other conflicts as they arise


Skills

  • Proficiency with booking systems and travel software
  • Knowledge of domestic and international travel trends
  • Organizational and time-management skills
  • Strong communication, collaboration and interpersonal skills
  • Guest service and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle stressful/ dynamic situations
  • Commitment to guest satisfaction


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality/Tourism or related field


Experience

  • 5+ years of relevant experience
  • Experience in a hospitality set-up with expertise in Travel, Lodging & Boarding, Guest Services
