Job Purpose:

Art Enthusiast is integral to create an exemplary great experience across varied art exhibitions. His/her key role is to have a detailed understanding of artistry/knowledge behind the exhibition and act as representative of the exhibition for our guests.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests, provide information about the exhibits, answer guest queries, and directions, and offer a personalized walk-through to VIPs.
• Help the curators by engaging guests across the gallery/exhibition. Capture guest feedback, as and when applicable and share with managers/curators.
• Display enthusiasm and ensure that guests are accorded an exceptional experience to explore and appreciate art.
• Learn and gain the product knowledge and always utilize. Participate actively in all training sessions.
• Understand operations by observing details and contribute accordingly.
• Check all zones/areas are clean, and the right temperatures are maintained. Escalate any issues to the manager as per protocol and operating procedures.
• Adhere to safety, fire, and emergency protocols.

Education Qualification:

• Graduation in Arts background preferred

Work experience:

• 1-3 years of relevant experience in arts
