Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive Human Resources Intern to join our energetic team in Mumbai. This full-time internship is ideal for freshers eager to launch a career in HR, particularly in the advertising and creative industries. You will work closely with HR professionals to gain hands-on experience in recruitment, employee engagement, and administrative HR functions.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with candidates and team members (Mandatory skill).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data management, analysis, and HR reporting needs (Mandatory skill).
  • Understanding of talent acquisition processes, including sourcing and screening candidates (Mandatory skill).
  • Capable of creating and delivering engaging presentations to various stakeholders using digital tools.
  • Competence in document management, organizing, maintaining, and retrieving HR and confidential files quickly and securely.
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace applications for communication, scheduling, and collaboration tasks.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently within tight deadlines.
  • Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and contribute creatively in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and coordinating interviews.
  • Maintain and organize HR documents, digital files, and employee records accurately and confidentially.
  • Support onboarding procedures for new hires and facilitate smooth integration into the team.
  • Collaborate with HR team members to plan and execute employee engagement initiatives and events.
  • Prepare HR-related reports and presentations for internal communication and management updates.
  • Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers to schedule and confirm interviews or meetings.
  • Assist in drafting HR communications, company memos, and policy documents.
  • Participate in special HR projects, such as surveys or culture-building programs, as assigned.
