Role Overview

Supports account management and contributes to new business efforts by ensuring seamless execution, strong co-ordination, and high responsiveness across client mandates.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day client communication and follow-ups
  • Execute projects end-to-end in collaboration with internal teams
  • Translate client briefs into clear internal briefs
  • Track timelines, deliverables, and ensure quality output
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and status updates
  • Support in identifying upsell opportunities and new business pitches
  • Maintain documentation, scopes, and project trackers


What We’re Looking For

  • Strong communication and co-ordination skills
  • High ownership of execution and timelines
  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-project environment
  • Basic understanding of digital/mainline/integrated marketing
  • Relevant experience or exposure to advertising/creative agencies preferred
