Job Overview
Jio Creative Labs is seeking a proactive and passionate Business Development & Growth Intern to join our Mumbai office. This is a full-time internship role suitable for freshers with 0–1 year of experience, offering hands-on exposure to business growth strategies within the fast-paced advertising services industry.

- Proven ability in lead generation (Mandatory skill), including identifying and qualifying opportunities that align with business objectives.
- Strong market research skills (Mandatory skill) to analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging growth avenues.
- Negotiation skills to influence decision-makers and drive favorable outcomes in business discussions and partnerships.
- Expertise in cross-team collaboration, working efficiently with creative, strategy, and client servicing teams to align goals and deliverables.
- Effective presentation skills, with the capability to create and deliver compelling proposals for both internal and external stakeholders.
- Client relationship management to nurture leads, retain existing clients, and ensure high satisfaction through consistent engagement.
- Resourcefulness and a proactive approach toward problem-solving, essential for navigating obstacles in a dynamic business environment.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Support the business development team in identifying, targeting, and acquiring new clients.
- Conduct comprehensive market research to uncover new growth opportunities and monitor industry trends and competitor strategies.
- Engage in lead generation activities, qualify prospects, and maintain accurate records.
- Participate in the preparation and delivery of persuasive sales pitches, proposals, and presentations for potential clients.
- Collaborate closely with internal cross-functional teams to seamlessly coordinate campaign execution and project delivery.
- Assist in nurturing leads, building strong relationships with clients, and handling client queries with professionalism and timely responses.
- Monitor the progress of ongoing campaigns, gather feedback, and recommend improvements to optimize client satisfaction and campaign effectiveness.
- Proactively contribute creative growth ideas and process enhancements in alignment with Jio Creative Labs' vision for innovation.
