About the Role

We’re seeking a dynamic and strategic Business Development Executive to join our team at Jio Creative Labs. This role goes beyond conventional sales—it’s about identifying marketing gaps, pitching bespoke advertising solutions, and driving strategic growth through high-impact client partnerships. Ideal for professionals who think like strategists and act like consultants, with a deep understanding of branding, marketing communication, and business growth.


Key Responsibilities :

• Identify and pursue high-value business opportunities across India and international markets.

• Lead client conversations with a consultative mindset—diagnosing brand challenges and proposing tailored marketing and advertising strategies.

• Drive lead generation and pipeline development through proactive research, networking, and outreach.

• Develop and deliver compelling business presentations and pitches that align with client needs and industry trends.

• Collaborate with internal creative, production, and strategy teams to craft integrated campaign proposals.

• Negotiate and close business deals while ensuring alignment with company goals and client expectations.

• Maintain and grow relationships with key accounts through strategic engagement and trust-building.

• Monitor industry trends, competitive movements, and market opportunities to provide actionable insights


What We’re Looking For:

• 3 – 5 years of experience in business development, preferably within advertising, media, or marketing services.

• Proven success in solution-based pitching, with a track record of closing mid-to-large scale deals.

• Strong understanding of brand marketing, advertising solutions, and content-driven storytelling.

• Ability to function as a strategic consultant—problem-solving for clients rather than simply selling services.

• Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.

• Experience working with or pitching to international brands is a strong advantage.

• Self-starter with a growth mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
