Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Calling Executive to manage incoming and outgoing calls related to hospital billing queries. The ideal candidate will serve as a vital link between JD Healthcare and hospital billing departments, ensuring timely resolution of issues, clear communication, and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming calls from hospital billing departments regarding invoices, payments and billing clarifications.
• Make outbound calls to follow up on outstanding bills, share invoice details and provide updates.
• Coordinate with the internal billing and logistics teams to ensure accurate information is shared.
• Maintain detailed call logs and update systems with relevant information.
• Escalate complex issues to the billing manager or concerned department when necessary.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with hospital staff and ensure professional communication at all times.
• Ensure billing disputes are resolved quickly and accurately.
• Provide regular updates and reports to the team lead or supervisor.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a similar calling/customer service/billing support role (healthcare industry preferred).
• Good communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
