Jasmine Corporate is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Email Support Executive to handle client and customer communication through email. This role requires excellent written communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer and client queries via email in a professional and timely manner.
Understand concerns and requirements, and provide accurate information and solutions.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client queries or escalate when necessary.
Maintain proper records of all interactions and issues raised.
Ensure high standards of customer service and satisfaction.
Follow company communication guidelines and protocols.
Support other departments with email communication-related tasks when needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Any graduate or pursuing a final year.
Excellent written communication skills in English.
Good knowledge of email drafting and handling.
Basic understanding of MS Office (especially Outlook, Excel & Word).
Ability to manage multiple emails and tasks efficiently.
A fresher with internship experience or customer service exposure will be preferred.
Preferred Qualities:
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
Detail-oriented and organised.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong sense of responsibility and punctuality.
