Job Title: Learning and Development Specialist
Department: Learning and Development
Location: Jaipur, India
Experience Required: Minimum 3+ years in Learning and Development or related fields
Key Responsibilities:
- Training and Development Programs:
- Design and deliver engaging and impactful training modules aligned with organizational goals.
- Conduct training needs assessments and develop learning solutions to address skill gaps.
- Competency Framework Development:
- Develop and maintain a competency framework encompassing skills, attitudes, knowledge, and cultural parameters.
- Evaluate employee development against defined competencies and provide feedback.
- Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement:
- Collaborate with department heads to identify learning priorities and ensure alignment with business strategies.
- Partner with external trainers or vendors to deliver specialized programs when required.
- Evaluation and Continuous Improvement:
- Measure training effectiveness using qualitative and quantitative metrics.
- Continuously improve learning initiatives based on feedback and organizational changes.
- Cultural Integration:
- Embed Jaipur Rugs’ core values into training programs, fostering alignment with the company’s vision and mission.
- Promote a culture of inclusivity, innovation, and collaboration through learning initiatives.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or a related field
