Job Overview

IVM Technologies LLP is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an HR Intern. The HR Intern will provide support to the HR department in various areas including recruitment, talent management, and employee relations. This is a great opportunity for a fresher with less than 1 year of experience to gain hands-on experience in the field of human resources.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with HRIS systems.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and conducting initial interviews.
• Support the HR team in talent management activities such as training and development programs, performance reviews, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
• Assist in drafting and updating HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
• Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in the HRIS (Human Resources Information System).
• Conduct research on HR best practices and industry trends to contribute to HR process improvements.
• Assist in organizing and coordinating company events and employee recognition programs.
• Support the HR team in ad-hoc projects and assignments as needed.
