Responsibilities
- Pre-Post-sales support.
- Train customers, OEM and partners for technical queries and system support for device testing and configuration,
- L2 and L3 Support.
- Ability to develop and Improve the product requirement with development team for better device Improvement.
- Familiarity with GPS/GNSS hardware functionality.
- Understanding the Interface option like Bluetooth, RS232, RS485 etc....
- Good technical understanding and communication skills.
