Responsibilities:

·    Responsible for managing the key accounts and account mining.

·    Handle Pre-Sales activities for STA and State Geological Departments and other Enterprise client requirements.

·    SOP documentation for STA and State Geological Department and other Enterprise client requirements.

·    Document Preparation, Submission and Testing coordination for Empanelment/Enlisting of iTriangle devices.

·    Channel Partner/RFC Partner mapping for Compliance requirements.

·    Relationship Management with all State Department SPOC’

·    Internal review meetings, inter departmental co-ordination (Production, Dispatch,

SOEM and Service team).

·    Preparation and Maintenance of MIS Reports for State wise Uptime monitoring.

·    Partner network mapping for AIS 140 requirements. Ensuring closures on quarterly basis for both Commercial and Compliance Targets.

·    Building and maintaining business relationship with new clients, SI and Distributors.

·    Updating of monthly and quarterly Empanelment Reference File, State SOP File, State Approval File, State/Project wise Workflow process document.

·    Need to perform any other responsibilities or task assigned by the reporting manager for the betterment of the business.

·    Responsible for Quality and Information Security in their processes, reporting information security incidents, risk assessment and implementing the ISMS policies/procedures, as applicable.

Requirements:

-Willingness to travel as needed.

-Proficiency in multiple languages is advantageous.

-Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (BBA), Science (BSc), or Engineering (BTech) is required.

-Possess a flexible & detail oriented attitude

-Exceptional interpersonal and relationship management skills.
