Responsibilities:

· Troubleshooting device concerns on the line.

· Communication and coordination for support in case the concern is not

addressed locally.

· Handling any technical queries from VECV – First level.

· Analyse RCA and prepare CAPA to implement at line.

· Preparing Technical reports for any failure.

· Participate in any Joint Investigation called for by VECV actively and

update iTriangle / Zeliot HQ on the findings .

· Assist in analyzing any incoming part technical concerns & coordinate for

resolution.

· Assistance in any New product introduction.

Requirements:

· Technical Diagnosing skills.

· Communication skills in English & Hindi (Both verbal & written).

· Problem solving & Analytical skills.

· Report preparation.

. Computer operation skills – MS Office, Mail communication.
