Job Overview

We are seeking a Field Application Engineer (GPS/Telematics) to join our team at iTriangle Infotech Pvt Ltd. As a Field Application Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support, training, and guidance to our customers in the GPS and telematics domain. This is a full-time position based in Bangalore Urban, Karnataka, India. The ideal candidate for this role should have 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Qualifications and Skills

• Diploma or BE in Electronics/IS/CS.
• 1-3 years of experience as a Field Application Engineer or in a similar customer-facing technical support role
• Strong knowledge and understanding of GPS and telematics technologies
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple customer inquiries
• Previous experience in the tracking and monitoring domain is a plus

Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and assistance to customers in the implementation and usage of GPS and telematics solutions
• Conduct device integration and configuration tool training for customers
• Conduct customer onboarding and provide guidance on product usage
• Perform device UAT (User Acceptance Testing) to ensure functionality and performance
• Deliver technical support and troubleshooting expertise to resolve customer issues
• Conduct customer training sessions on the features and functionality of our GPS and telematics products
