Responsibilities:

1. Manage the day-to-day manufacturing operations at the supplier facility to ensure smooth production processes and on-time delivery of products.

2. Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure that all products manufactured at the supplier location meet the quality standards set by iTriangle.

3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Quality Assurance, and Supply Chain, to identify and address any quality or manufacturing issues.

4. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at the supplier facility to drive continuous improvement in manufacturing processes and product quality.

5. Conduct regular audits and inspections of the supplier facility to monitor compliance with iTriangle's quality standards and production requirements.

6. Analyse production data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.

7. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements related to manufacturing and quality management.

Qualifications:

- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.

- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in manufacturing operations management, preferably in a Quality Engineer role.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.

- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and competing priorities.

- Knowledge of relevant quality management systems and standards (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949 & Quality tools) is a must.
