Responsibilities• Manage the entire life cycle of the recruitment process for clients in the US.• Work closely with the Recruiting leads and hiring managers.• Work on strategic global hiring programs.• Develop an action plan for recruiting the best fit for the organization.• Procure people for different IT Requirements.• Use niche platforms related to IT, to source potential candidates.• Personally conduct interviews, document the same, and report as the need arises.• In addition to executing individual responsibility should be able to work in unison with the other departments with the Company growth perspective in mind.• Keeping abreast of the industry trends.• Experience Required : 6-8 years

&nbsp;Handling end-to-end recruitment cycle of IT professionals in the US. Responsible for sourcing talented candidates according to the Job description of the client through various strategies/channels such as DICE, Monster, Hot jobs, Third Party Vendors etc. Conduct initial interviews by phone to determine experience and skill level. Experience working with Prime Vendor, End Client, and Implementation partner.Marketing Bench Consultant with all work permitsGood Communication skills.&nbsp;&nbsp;Experience level: 6-8 yearsQualifications&nbsp;At least Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in education and experience.Candidates with good knowledge and passion for Sales for the US Market.Prior similar experience in the US is highly desirable.Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.Job&nbsp;Location: Somajiguda, Hyderabad Timings: EST Zone Benefits&nbsp;: Incentives + PF + Medical Insurance + Drop facility for Female Employees.
