Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage and oversee all social media accounts for our clients, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter & LinkedIn
2. Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and generate leads.
3. Create and curate high-quality, engaging content for social media platforms, including posts, images, videos, and infographics.
4. Monitor social media channels for trends, insights, and conversations relevant to our clients' brands and industries.
5. Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster a sense of community around our clients' brands.
6. Collaborate with the creative team to develop visual assets and multimedia content for social media campaigns.
7. Analyze and report on social media performance metrics, including reach, engagement, and conversion rates.
8. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing and incorporate them into our strategies.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in managing social media accounts for businesses or brands.
3. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
4. Creative thinker with a passion for social media marketing.
5. Excellent time management and organizational skills.
6. Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
7. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
8. Knowledge of graphic design and video editing tools is a plus.
