JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking bright, results driven and self-motivated Scrum Manager to join our Delivery team to manage development and delivery of cutting-edge technology software products for our valued customers. We are looking to also enhance our valued client’s engagement experience with us by not only providing business value benefits using technology solutions but also using streamlined and mature delivery processes. You will interact regularly with scrum teams, architects, quality assurance and key client stakeholders to understand their requirements and purpose of implementation.

REQUIREMENTS

• Total years of experience of close to 4-6 years with 2-3 years’ as Scrum Master managing multiple Scrum Teams in eCommerce domain.

• Agile delivery of products, projects for technologies such as MVC Framework, Java Script, Spring boot.

• Proficient in organizing, managing and multi-tasking across multiple Scrum Teams.

• Aware of change management processes

• Facilitate effective collaboration with internal and external teams, partners and stakeholders.

• Effective problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability

• Good communication skills for both internal and external communication. 

• Good understanding of software development methodology and delivery processes primarily agile, iterative development

• Worked as a Scrum Master managing multiple Scrum teams for 2-3 years of 8-12 individuals.

• Have 2-3 years’ experience in engaging with external stakeholders. 

• Detail oriented, Fast Learner, Self-Motivated and able to work with cross teams and lead others by example.

• Must Have :- Proficient in Retail domain and processes related to OMS, IMS, WMS etc.

• Nice to have :- Certified Scrum Master.

• Nice to have :- Basic knowledge of object oriented programming, Java, C#, Java Script , n-Tier Architecture

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Defining sprint goals, estimates and release schedules

• Work with product owners to manage backlogs and new requests

• Facilitate and Organize sprints planning, sprint retrospective meetings and daily stand-ups

• Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles for the team

• Plan, collaborate and monitor Sprint and Release goals and ensure timely stakeholder and management reporting.

• Responsible for managing timely and quality deliverables through Agile or Iterative development process.

• Identify and determine dependencies and impacts of dependencies.

• Work with cross teams and individuals such as Technical Architects, Quality Assurance and Scrum teams to ensure timely delivery of software product that meets business value expectations.

• Ensure compliance with all defined delivery processes and deliverables.

• Ensure adherence to product quality processes to delivery best in class products.

• Manage change management processes.

• Issue and Risk assessment, mitigation, and reporting

• Escalation management and stakeholder communication.

• Coach team members on Agile frameworks

• Help teams implement changes effectively

• Build a productive environment where team members ‘own’ the product and enjoy working on it
