Key Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with the creative team to conceptualize and execute photography projects aligned with client objectives and brand guidelines.

2. Assist in the setup, lighting, and composition of photo shoots, ensuring optimal conditions for capturing high-quality images.

3. Utilize photography equipment and software to edit and retouch images as needed, maintaining consistency with brand aesthetics.

4. Support the organization and management of digital assets, including image libraries and archives.

5. Stay updated on industry trends and emerging techniques to enhance photography skills and contribute fresh ideas to creative projects.

6. Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate workflow and meet project deadlines.

7. Take initiative in learning new skills and techniques related to photography and advertising.

Requirements:

- A passion for photography and visual storytelling.

- Proficiency in photography equipment and software, including DSLR cameras, lighting setups, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom).

- Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain consistency in image quality and style.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.

- Enrollment in or recent completion of a photography or visual arts program preferred.

- Previous experience in photography, either through coursework, personal projects, or internships, is a plus.

- A portfolio showcasing photographic work is required.
