Responsibilities:

1. Identify and Pursue Business Opportunities:

- Research and identify potential clients and market segments.

- Develop strategies to approach and engage with prospects.

- Conduct cold calls, emails, and meetings to generate leads and convert them into clients.

2. Build and Maintain Client Relationships:

- Cultivate strong relationships with existing clients to understand their needs and objectives.

- Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries, feedback, and requests.

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and project success.

3. Develop Strategic Partnerships:

- Identify and establish partnerships with complementary businesses and organizations.

- Negotiate partnership agreements and terms to maximize mutual benefits.

4. Sales and Revenue Generation:

- Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals set by the company.

- Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and contracts to prospective clients.

- Negotiate terms and close deals to achieve business objectives.

5. Market Research and Analysis:

- Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.

- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and areas for growth.

6. Collaboration and Teamwork:

- Work closely with the marketing, creative, and operations teams to develop integrated solutions for clients.

- Provide feedback and insights to internal teams to improve products and services.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (Master's degree preferred).

- Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or related roles, preferably in the advertising or marketing industry.

- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.

- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.

- Results-oriented with a drive for achieving targets and objectives.

- Knowledge of digital marketing trends and technologies is a plus.

- Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.(Bike compulsory)
