Job Description:-

➡️Keeping up-to-date with changes in Immigration laws.

➡️You will be responsible for counselling and provide practical advise to client on various Immigration routes, via any modes- telephone, skype, email or face to face meeting.

➡️Convert the client for immigration process with us by gaining clients’ confidence

➡️Advice on overseas options available, so as to enable the client and their family to make an informed decision

➡️Give clear and accurate information based on the current immigration and visa rules.

➡️Provide a fair and neutral evaluation of the clients profile.

➡️Achieve excellent customer service by proactively responding to client queries and advising customers on their overseas immigration and visa needs.

➡️Meeting with prospective and extant clients to gauge which services they require.

➡️Providing clients with list of all pertinent documentation.

➡️To become an Immigration Consultant, you must have strong communication and negotiation skills as the job is centred on communication with the client, team members and government authorities.

➡️A friendly interpersonal connection with people is the key to building trust with your clients.

➡️The prime role of the Immigration Advisor is to work towards the achievement of the sales target for oneself and the aligned team.

➡️He/she should touch base with all the assigned leads on a daily basis as per the target given and also ensure the supporting team should do the same.

➡️Adhering to the work policies, and ethics of the organization.

Required Skills/Abilities:

➡️Prior experience in Immigration sales or Immigration counselling – UK/Canada/Schengen countries/USA.

➡️Ability to communicate effectively and concisely to customers

➡️Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills.

➡️Familiarity with computers and the internet.

➡️Sales oriented and target driven attitude

➡️Outstanding verbal communication with convincing ability

➡️Outgoing and positive with a passion to learn and grow.

➡️Team skills and strong relationship building skills.
