We are currently seeking dynamic and driven individuals to join our team as Sales Officers. This role is ideal for freshers with any degree who are looking to kickstart their career in sales also for individuals with field sales experience.

Job Description:

• Primary Objective: The primary objective of this role is to drive business in the
• designated territory.
• Sales Responsibilities:
• Sell company products/services to targeted customers in the assigned area.
• Work independently to drive sales and source new business.
• Submit daily call reports to the Team Lead Sales In charge.
• Achieve Daily, monthly and quarterly sales & collections targets as assigned.
• Maintain and expand the client database within the assigned territory.

Requirements and Skills:

• Proven sales experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• Track record of over-achieving quota in previous roles.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and driven individuals are preferred.
• Any degree qualification is acceptable.

Compensation Range:

• From 1.8 to 2.4 LPA + Travel allowance + Performance Based Incentives
