Role & responsibilities

• Provide clear and concise written and verbal communication to customers in Basic English and regional language(s).
• Effectively understand customer queries, document them accurately, and resolve them promptly.
• Maintain focus and attention to detail while addressing customer concerns until a satisfactory resolution is achieved.
• Compose grammatically correct, concise, and accurate written responses to customer inquiries.
• Collaborate effectively within a team environment, as well as work independently when required.

Computer Knowledge/Skills:

• Ability to use a desktop computer system
• Basic Excel and email etiquette
• Demonstrates a proficient knowledge of email applications

Customer Focus:

• Excellent customer service skills, focused on the customer issue
• Ability to empathize with and prioritize customer needs
• Demonstrates interpersonal skills with a diverse customer base
• Demonstrates conflict resolution, negotiation, and de-escalation skills
• Ownership to resolve challenging customer issues, escalating when necessary
• Ability to determine customer needs and provide appropriate solutions

Preferred candidate profile

Preferred experience in Fintech, Lending Operations, Insurance , Payment Gateway or UPI Support.
