Soft skills/experience 

·       Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.

·       A clear and professional telephone manner.

·       Good written and oral communication

·       Fluent English Communication

·       Good co-ordination skill

·       Respond quickly and efficiently to incoming telephone and email in line with client service levels

·       Following engineer for closure

·       Communicating with clients and customers about their experience with our service. 

·       Identifying vendors providing manpower support for our business calls
