JOB SUMMARY
As a Senior Manager – Program Management Office, you will play a critical role in overseeing and managing our service delivery operations within the US Healthcare and Benefits Administration domain. You will be responsible for driving successful execution, ensuring timely delivery of projects, managing stakeholders, and providing strategic guidance to achieve organizational goals.
Responsibilities:
1. Program Management: Lead and manage multiple programs simultaneously, ensuring effective planning, execution, and control throughout the lifecycle.
2. Project Oversight: Provide oversight. guidance and coaching to project managers, ensuring adherence to project objectives, timelines, and quality standards.
3. Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand goals, align all effort in the direction of goals while also setting & managing expectations.
4. Resource Allocation: Facilitate agreement amongst all stakeholders on optimal allocation of resources and ensuring appropriate staffing levels for program and project teams.
5. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate program and project risks, proactively addressing issues to minimize impact on deliverables and timelines.
6. Budget Management: Develop and manage program budgets, ensuring optimal utilization of resources and adherence to financial targets.
7. Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and present program status reports, milestones, and deliverables to senior management and stakeholders.
8. Process Improvements: Continuously evaluate service delivery & program management processes to identify opportunities for improvement, implementing best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
9. Leadership: Provide leadership and guidance to program and project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
10. Industry Awareness: Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and advancements in the US Healthcare and Benefits Administration domain, and incorporate relevant knowledge into program management strategies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree required – preferably an Engineering Graduate specializing in Computer Science / IT. MBA in systems / IT or operations or finance management desirable.
Experience:
• Should have at least three years’ experience in a Technical Program Manager role in a multinational and global team/s environment.
• Domain experience in US health & welfare space highly desirable.
• Hands-on experience working on technology projects, especially with SQL & Python required.
