5. Strong Exposure to Agile Methodology

6. A Quick Decision Maker

7. Good Experience in Team Handling

8. Direct Involvement in Project Deployments

9. A Good Leader who can drive Team properly

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Need to guide Project Managers at times

2. Need to involve in Client interactions

3. Need to complete the projects on time with strategy planning

4. Need to take self decisions on time

5. Need to be a good leader to handle a team of 25 Approx.

6. Need to be a confident leader to handle Clients
