Job Description: Sales Advisor (Senior and Junior)

Company: Legacy Business Solutions

Location: Legacy House Building, D 43, Red FM Road, D Block, Sector 2, Noida

Salary:

  • Senior Sales Advisor: upto 25,000 fixed + ₹10,000 incentive (increased post-sales performance)
  • Junior Sales Advisor: upto 20000 fixed + ₹10,000 incentive (increased post-sales performance)
  • Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
  • Workdays: Tuesday to Sunday (Monday off)
  • Mode of Interview: Face-to-face

Job Overview:

We are seeking dynamic and motivated individuals to join our team as Sales Advisors. This role involves engaging with potential clients, building relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential clients and generate leads through networking and referrals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service.
  • Present and promote company products/services to clients with professionalism and confidence.
  • Understand client needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs within specified timelines.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve organizational goals.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.

Eligibility Criteria:

Senior Sales Advisor:

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years in sales, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of sales techniques and strategies.

Junior Sales Advisor:

  • Experience: Freshers are welcome. Training will be provided.
  • Passion for sales and a willingness to learn.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Self-sufficient and self-motivated to succeed in sales.
  • Professionalism, integrity, responsibility, and accountability.
  • Persistent, proactive, and results-driven.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Dynamic personality with the ability to connect with people and establish instant rapport.

  • Detail-oriented, efficient multi-tasker, and good time management skills.
  • Computer literate and comfortable with basic tools like MS Office and CRM software.
