Role Overview: As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for engaging with high-net-worth individuals, architects, and interior designers to drive sales and brand awareness. You will work in a premium showroom environment, providing personalized consultations and building strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with potential clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions.
• Build and maintain relationships with architects, interior designers, and high-end clientele.
• Conduct showroom tours and present the brand’s luxury offerings.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective communication and persuasion skills.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to execute sales strategies.
• Maintain accurate records of sales and client interactions.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in luxury retail, real estate, or a similar high-end sales environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation skills and a customer-centric approach.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Prior experience dealing with HNI clients is a plus.
