Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Procurement Manager to handle the end-to-end procurement process, including strategic sourcing, vendor management, negotiations, and procurement strategy implementation. This role is critical in ensuring cost-effective procurement while maintaining high-quality standards in materials and services.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Strategic Procurement & Sourcing

• Develop and implement cost-effective regional procurement strategies.
• Identify and build long-term relationships with suppliers and vendors.
• Conduct market research to explore profitable supplier partnerships.

✅ BOQ & Vendor Management

• Prepare Block Estimates (BOQ) for projects and obtain necessary approvals.
• Solicit vendor proposals based on BOQ requirements.
• Compare and evaluate proposals based on price and technical specifications.
• Negotiate techno-commercial terms with vendors to optimize costs.

✅ Contract & Order Management

• Review and finalize vendor contracts.
• Oversee the issuance of Work Orders (WO) and Purchase Orders (PO).
• Approve and release all WOs/POs through the ERP system.
• Monitor project sites to ensure adherence to BOQ specifications.

✅ Process & System Optimization

• Maintain accurate procurement records in the ERP system.
• Track shipments, inventory, and supply of materials.
• Lead procurement transformation initiatives to improve efficiency.

✅ Post-Contract & Compliance Management

• Assist in project execution and handle post-contract amendments.
• Approve contractor/vendor bills and ensure timely payments.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and industry standards.

Qualifications & Skills

🎓 Education:

• BE/Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Business Management background preferred.

💼 Experience:

• 7-10 years of procurement experience in construction, interiors, or luxury design projects.
• Proven ability to negotiate, analyze costs, and optimize procurement processes.
