Job Description: HR Operations Executive
Company: Legacy Business Solutions
Location: Legacy House Building, D 43, Red FM Road, D Block, Sector 2, Noida
Salary: ₹20,000 - ₹25,000 per month (in-hand)
Experience: Minimum 1 year in HR Operations
Mode of Interview: Face-to-face
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, documentation, and exit formalities.
- Maintain and update employee records in HR systems and ensure data accuracy.
- Handle payroll inputs, attendance, and leave management efficiently.
- Assist in the creation and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Address employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and compliance.
- Coordinate with various departments for smooth implementation of HR initiatives.
- Support recruitment activities such as scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates.
- Ensure adherence to labor laws and organizational policies.
- Prepare and analyze HR reports for management review.
- Contribute to employee engagement activities and events.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Education: Preferably MBA in HR or any graduate with relevant experience.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in HR Operations or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software/tools.
- Positive attitude, proactive approach, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
