Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive and motivated HR Operations professional to join our team at Intriants Services. This is a full-time, junior-level position based in Noida. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of work experience in HR functions, focusing on operations and process optimizations.
Qualifications and Skills
- Experience in managing HRIS systems, ensuring data integrity and streamlined HR processes. (Mandatory skill)
- Proficiency in administering employee benefits programs, including health, retirement, and other benefits. (Mandatory skill)
- Knowledge of executing streamlined onboarding processes to welcome new hires effectively. (Mandatory skill)
- Familiarity with payroll software to manage employee compensation efficiently and accurately.
- Experience with talent acquisition systems to support recruitment efforts and candidate management.
- Competence in utilizing performance management tools to facilitate employee evaluations and development.
- Understanding of compliance and labor laws to ensure all HR operations adhere to legal requirements.
- Ability to perform data analysis in HR to generate insights and improve HR strategies and operations.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the company's human resources information systems (HRIS) for optimal efficiency.
- Administer and update employee benefits programs to ensure compliance and good employee relations.
- Conduct efficient onboarding processes to integrate new hires smoothly into the company culture and operations.
- Support payroll processing ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Assist in talent acquisition processes to attract and secure top-tier candidates for various roles.
- Implement performance management procedures and tools to evaluate employee productivity and development.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations to maintain good standing with statutory obligations.
- Perform HR data analysis and reporting to aid decision-making and strategic planning.
