Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Customer Relations Manager to join our team in Mumbai. This is a full-time, mid-level position that requires expertise in managing customer relationships and enhancing customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in communication, strategic planning, and customer experience. The role entails managing our CRM software and leading efforts to improve customer interactions. Experience of handling HNI clients is a must.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Proficiency in CRM software to manage and improve customer relations effectively (Mandatory skill).
  • Exceptional communication skills to articulate ideas and engage with customers and team members (Mandatory skill).
  • Competency in developing and implementing customer experience strategies to enhance satisfaction (Mandatory skill).
  • Strong data analysis abilities to interpret customer data and inform relationship strategies.
  • Effective conflict resolution skills to address and resolve customer issues and complaints.
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar platforms to manage sales and customer interactions efficiently.
  • Project management skills to oversee customer-related projects from inception to completion.
  • Knowledge of social media management to engage with customers across various platforms.

  • Manage and oversee the CRM software to ensure accurate and effective customer data management.
  • Develop and implement communication strategies that align with customer satisfaction goals.
