Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Customer Relations Manager to join our team in Mumbai. This is a full-time, mid-level position that requires expertise in managing customer relationships and enhancing customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in communication, strategic planning, and customer experience. The role entails managing our CRM software and leading efforts to improve customer interactions. Experience of handling HNI clients is a must.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proficiency in CRM software to manage and improve customer relations effectively (Mandatory skill).
- Exceptional communication skills to articulate ideas and engage with customers and team members (Mandatory skill).
- Competency in developing and implementing customer experience strategies to enhance satisfaction (Mandatory skill).
- Strong data analysis abilities to interpret customer data and inform relationship strategies.
- Effective conflict resolution skills to address and resolve customer issues and complaints.
- Experience with Salesforce or similar platforms to manage sales and customer interactions efficiently.
- Project management skills to oversee customer-related projects from inception to completion.
- Knowledge of social media management to engage with customers across various platforms.

- Manage and oversee the CRM software to ensure accurate and effective customer data management.
- Develop and implement communication strategies that align with customer satisfaction goals.
- Analyze customer feedback and data to inform continuous improvement of customer experiences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address and resolve customer concerns promptly.
- Lead customer relationship projects, ensuring objectives are met on time and within budget.
- Coordinate and conduct training sessions for staff on customer interaction techniques.
