  • Skilled recruiter (Mandatory skill) with proven track record in identifying and placing the right candidates effectively.
  • Proficient in Boolean Search Techniques to enhance candidate search and improve sourcing accuracy.
  • Excellent Interviewing Skills to assess candidate capabilities and ensure alignment with client expectations.
  • Ability to develop and implement effective Diversity and Inclusion Strategies to support a diverse workplace.
