• Proficient in Boolean Search Techniques to enhance candidate search and improve sourcing accuracy.
• Excellent Interviewing Skills to assess candidate capabilities and ensure alignment with client expectations.
• Ability to develop and implement effective Diversity and Inclusion Strategies to support a diverse workplace.
• Strong Data-Driven Recruiting capabilities to leverage analytics and metrics for improving recruitment processes.
• Effective communication and negotiation skills for interacting with candidates and stakeholders.
