Hands-on experience with OPERA Property Management System (PMS)
- OPERA installation on client systems
- User login ID creation and access management
- Interface handling and troubleshooting
- User maintenance and printer configuration in OPERA
Experience with FCS Server and Mail Server management
Knowledge of VMware (virtual machines setup & support)
Experience with Microsoft Exchange Server
MICROS POS experience:
- MICROS workstation setup and configuration
- KOT (Kitchen Order Ticket) printer configuration
- RMC installation and icon creation
- MICROS card creation and management
Windows Server 2012 and above
- Active Directory user and group management
- DNS configuration and troubleshooting
- Wi-Fi Access Point setup and support
