Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic HR professional with strong exposure to IT/Software environments to lead structured talent development initiatives across the organization.
The ideal candidate will bring 10+ years of overall experience, with at least 5+ years of hands-on experience in talent development, fresher programs, graduate engagement, or HR program management within IT companies or with a strong IT academic foundation.
This role will focus on driving early-career engagement, structured learning programs, and competency-based talent frameworks aligned with business growth and workforce transformation goals.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Computer Science / IT / HR / Business Management
- Master’s degree preferred
- 10+ years of total experience
- Minimum 5+ years in one or more of the following areas:
- Fresher Engagement & Development
- Graduate Nationals Engagement & Development
- Talent Development
- HR Program Management
- Prior experience in IT/Software companies is mandatory OR
- Strong IT academic background with relevant HR/Talent exposure
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Fresher & Graduate Engagement Programs
- Design and drive structured fresher engagement and development programs
- Lead initiatives for graduate nationals and non-nationals development pathways
- Develop onboarding journeys aligned to technical capability and business objectives
- Partner with universities and academic institutions for talent pipeline development
- Monitor engagement, performance, and progression metrics
2. Talent Development & Learning Initiatives
- Lead structured learning and development initiatives across technical and professional skill domains
- Build capability roadmaps for early-career and mid-level employees
- Conduct training needs analysis (TNA) and workforce skill gap assessments
- Collaborate with business leaders to align learning initiatives with growth strategy
3. Competency Framework & Capability Management
- Design and maintain competency-based talent development frameworks
- Map technical and behavioral competencies to job families
- Develop structured learning pathways and internal mobility frameworks
- Support succession planning and leadership pipeline development
4. HR Program Management
- Manage end-to-end talent development programs from planning to execution
- Track KPIs, engagement metrics, and program effectiveness
- Ensure alignment with HR digital transformation initiatives
- Drive continuous improvement in workforce capability programs
