Job Summary: We are seeking a talented and motivated Node.js Developer with 3-5 years of experience to join our dynamic development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building scalable, high-performance backend services and APIs. You will collaborate closely with front-end developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to deliver robust and efficient software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs using Node.js.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Optimize applications for maximum performance and scalability.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
• Troubleshoot and debug applications to ensure optimal functionality.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to the improvement of development processes.
• Maintain and improve existing codebases and ensure the best possible performance.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, or a related field, or equivalent enterprise level practical experience.
• 3-5 years of experience as a Node.js developer.
• Strong understanding of JavaScript, ES6+, and asynchronous programming.
• Experience with React.js and Express.js or other frameworks required.
• Proficiency in working with databases such as MongoDB, MySQL.
• Familiarity with RESTful and GraphQL APIs.
• Experience with version control systems, preferably Git.
• Knowledge of containerization tools such as Docker is a plus.
• Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure) is preferred.
• Understanding of security practices in backend development.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with microservices architecture.
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience in Insurance Domain
