Job Overview
The Senior Sales Manager - KSA role at Intertec Softwares Pvt Ltd is a senior sales position responsible for Handle Enterprise account in KSA and can be developed into leadership role . The ideal candidate will bring 10+ years of IT industry experience, including at least 3 years in IT sales (software and Application sales) in KSA.
Qualifications and Skills
- 10+ years of IT Sales experience, with strong exposure to Application / Software-driven solutions (Digital Transformation, Cloud, Cyber included).
- Strong Business Domain & Technology Knowledge — awareness of key industries in KSA (Government, BFSI, Enterprise), market trends, product/technology landscape, and ability to translate customer needs into relevant solution propositions offered by Intertec.
- Proven capability in enterprise sales management, including hunting, farming, account planning, and stakeholder mapping across CXO and senior business leaders.
- Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills with the ability to influence across customer, OEM partners, and internal teams.
- Customer-centric & consultative approach — ability to understand business pain areas and position value-based solutions rather than product selling.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple pursuits, and collaborate closely with presales, delivery, and leadership teams to ensure successful deal closure and customer success
Roles and Responsibilities
- Drive new business acquisition and develop existing accounts in KSA by executing effective and innovative sales strategies, managing the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
- Work closely with leadership to develop growth roadmaps for assigned practices/solution areas and position Intertec as a preferred digital transformation partner in the region.
- Represent Intertec professionally in the market and support brand-building activities such as industry events, partner engagements, seminars, conferences, and customer forums.
- Build and strengthen relationships with IT and business leaders including CIOs, department heads, and key decision-makers across target accounts.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining strong engagement, handling escalations, managing expectations, and facilitating smooth internal coordination with delivery and presales teams.
- Develop account strategies, market insights, and competitive intelligence relevant to the KSA market and contribute inputs to the KSA growth plan.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders including presales, delivery, and OEM partners to build winning proposals and ensure customer success.
