Job Overview

We're looking for a Senior Presales Consultant – Digital who can bridge the gap between technology, business outcomes, and client success. In this role, you’ll shape high-impact digital solutions using low-code platforms, BPM, AI, and application development strategies.

You'll work closely with sales, delivery, and partners to position our digital offerings across industries like Government, Healthcare, Utilities, and BFSI.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Own the presales cycle: Manage RFI/RFPs, solutioning, proposals, and client presentations
• Collaborate with Sales to generate demand and proactively pitch digital offerings
• Design winning solutions in low code, BPM, AI, middleware, and application services
• Define high-level scope and delivery models (Agile, Waterfall, Iterative)
• Consult clients on digital transformation and build long-term relationships
• Engage OEMs for certifications, pricing, and go-to-market collaboration
• Contribute to thought leadership via whitepapers, case studies, and events
• Identify opportunities for improvement within the presales process, suggesting enhancements to make processes more efficient and effective.

Qualifications and Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Application Services / Digital Presales
• Arabic language proficiency preferred
• Strong background in software development and understanding of SDLC
• Proven track record of working on large deals ($1M+ value)
• Experience with low-code/no-code, BPM tools, or AI-driven solutions
• Confident communicator with strong storytelling and consultative skills
• Industry exposure to Government, Healthcare, Utilities, or BFSI
• Strong proposal writing, solutioning, and SoW documentation skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications in low-code platforms, BPM tools, or TOGAF
• Design Thinking or Business Analysis training
• Arabic language skills (preferred but not mandatory)
