Job Overview
We are seeking a Content Writer to join our Marketing Team at Intertec Systems.
This individual will be responsible for creating, curating, and managing engaging content across digital and offline channels — ensuring it reflects our brand voice, drives engagement, and supports business goals.
The ideal candidate is a creative storyteller with a solid understanding of technology and IT services. You’ll collaborate closely with business unit heads, marketing leads, and design teams to transform technical insights into compelling marketing materials that connect with our target audience and elevate brand perception.
This is a hands-on, execution-focused role suited for someone who is both a team player and a self-starter, with strong discipline, creativity, and attention to detail.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or a related field.
- 4–8 years of experience in content writing, preferably in IT or technology companies.
- Proven ability to create, edit, and manage multi-format marketing content.
- Strong understanding of SEO, website content best practices, and storytelling.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills; able to manage multiple deliverables.

Roles and Responsibilities
Content Strategy & Development
- Plan, create, and manage all marketing content including case studies, blogs, whitepapers, and web copy.
- Collaborate with business unit heads to understand offerings and convert them into impactful content.
- Work with design teams to ensure materials are visually appealing and brand-aligned.
- Maintain tone, quality, and consistency across all communication channels.
- Develop and edit technical content for solution briefs, success stories, and product overviews.
Website & SEO
- Oversee and update website content with SEO-optimized copy and engaging storytelling.
- Collaborate with digital and UI/UX teams to enhance online content experience and engagement metrics.
- Monitor website analytics and performance to identify improvement opportunities.
Digital & Social Media Support
- Support the marketing team with social media posts, campaign content, and digital storytelling.
- Coordinate with agencies and internal teams for multi-format content creation.
Documentation & Knowledge Management
- Maintain a structured library of content assets, creative briefs, and campaign reports.
- Support content audits, performance tracking, and updates to ensure relevance and accuracy.
