Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Associate Technical Lead with strong expertise in Next.js, Node.js, and MySQL to lead and mentor our software development team. Familiarity with .NET Core Web API and knowledge of the insurance domain will be an added advantage. The ideal candidate should excel in coding, architecture design, team leadership, and delivering high-quality applications.

Key Responsibilities:

·      Lead the technical design, architecture, and development of web applications using Next.js and Node.js with MySQL.

·      Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following industry best practices.

·      Guide and mentor team members; perform code reviews and ensure adherence to standards.

·      Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into robust solutions.

·      Propose and implement scalable and secure system architectures.

·      Coordinate with QA, DevOps, and other teams for smooth deployments and releases.

·      Debug and resolve technical issues promptly.

·      Contribute to the development and maintenance of .NET Core Web APIs if required.

·      Leverage insurance domain knowledge to add value to product workflows (preferred).

Key Requirements:

·      10+ years of professional experience in software development.

·      Proven expertise in Next.js (React), Node.js, and MySQL.

·      Solid understanding of RESTful API design and microservices.

·      Experience with .NET Core Web API is a plus.

·      Proficient in version control tools (e.g., Git) and CI/CD practices.

·      Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

·      Excellent leadership and team management abilities.

·      Effective communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.

·      Prior experience in the insurance domain is desirable.

Preferred Skills:

·      Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

·      Knowledge of containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).

·      Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

·      Understanding of security best practices.

Educational Qualification:

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, IT, or a related field.
