Job Overview

The Alliance Manager at Intertec Softwares Pvt Ltd will drive strategic partnerships, manage OEM relations, and execute business plans to enhance company growth. This executive-level, full-time role is based in Dubai and is suited for professionals with up to 30 years of relevant experience, seeking to shape alliance strategies in a dynamic IT services environment.

Qualifications and Skills

• Should have 15+ years of work experience. Should have done Alliance management handling OEMs for atleast 5 years. Should have Middle East Experience and Arabic speaking is an added advantage
• Business Plan creation and driving the execution
• Good understanding of the technical domains of Infra, Storage, Security
• Good grip of the new emerging tech of the OEMs
• Outcome/Goal Orientation
• Strong Commercial Acumen
• Taking the team along/collaboration and working in a matrix environment with CE/Presales/Practice/OEMs/Marketing
• Market Intelligence & Competitive Awareness
• Communication & Active Listening
• Strategic Thinking
• AI savvy and has used AI tools to complement the job role

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop Business plan with the OEMs by working through with the Intertec CE, Presales and Practice teams.
• Regular internal and OEM cadence to ensure the required outcomes
• Build strong relationships with the OEM at senior levels and with all stake holders
• Generate leads from OEMs
• Drive awareness of the new age OEM initiatives within Intertec
• Make OEM aware of the key strategic focus, key developments at Intertec
• Support Practice & presales for Negotiations, wherever rqd.
• Intervention and drive resolution, as and when rqd, for operations.
• Build and execute a joint Marketing plan
