Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Senior Interior Designer to join our team at Interior Company. As a Senior Interior Designer, you will be responsible for leading and managing interior design projects from concept to completion. This is a full-time position based in Pune, Maharashtra, India, with a mid-level experience requirement of 4 to 6 years.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field
• Proven experience as an Interior Designer with a focus on residential projects
• Proficiency in SketchUp, AutoCAD, Lumion, and other relevant design software
• Strong knowledge of modular construction techniques and materials
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating exceptional designs
• Experience in sales or client management is a plus

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead and manage interior design projects, from concept development to final delivery
• Create design concepts, mood boards, and presentations to effectively communicate ideas to clients
• Collaborate with clients, architects, and contractors to ensure project objectives are met
• Select and source materials, finishes, furnishings, and fixtures that align with the project vision and budget
• Create detailed 3D renderings, floor plans, and elevations using software such as SketchUp, AutoCAD, and Lumion
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to procure materials and oversee the installation process
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices in interior design
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers, interns, and support staff,
